SEEN--At The Port Drive-In. An Indianapolis production company, hired by the Indiana Historical Society to create a documentary of historical sites & unique attractions around the state, “discovered” Chesterton’s authentic 50’s style drive-in while scouting the Duneland area, & included it in their film of things to see & do in Indiana! Captured on film was carhop Erin Cherkis. The film will be shown to visitors to the brand new state history museum in Indianapolis when it opens next summer. (7/6/2001)
